My business coaching philosophy

If you are like most people, you don't like being told what to do.  I find that this is particularly true when it comes to running your business!  I won't tell you that you must follow a specific formula to achieve success, or try to sell you on an off-the-shelf strategy that has been tried, discarded and repurposed by a bunch of other organizations.  You already know as a social innovator and entrepreneur that businesses need to act differently if we want to create change.  Your business is unique and so are the specific problems facing your clients, teams and communities. 


Instead, we work together to clarify your vision of success and then develop easy and actionable strategies that support that vision.  My job is to help you leverage your innate creativity, inventiveness, and resourcefulness for maximum impact, and to hold you accountable for creating the change you wish to see. 


I believe that you know what is best for your business, but that you might need a trusted advisor to make sure that you are considering all the angles.  My aim is to help you see the options clearly and to make decisions wisely based on your personal goals and objectives.  I will be with you each step of the way to challenge your perspective, to provide feedback, to stimulate curiosity about the possibilities for your company, and to celebrate your successes.
